Interest Rate - Loan cost of money is equal to the current LIBOR rate (London Inter Bank Offered Rate).  3.06% as of 2/29/08

Term - 10 years, Interest Only, Balloon Payment at 120 months

Deposit Requirements - Our loans require the borrower to be liquid, solvent, and have a minimum of $10,000,000.00 on deposit in an acceptable bank. At the minimum, the deposit can equal as little as 5% of the loan requested. The deposit is not collateral or security for the loan. The funds will remain on deposit, in your bank, in your name, during the entire proceeds distribution period, generally for one year.  Deposit is never collateral or security for the loan.  

Collateral - Company and Project, no personal guarantee required

Required Documents for Project Consideration - Full Business Plan, 5 Year ProForma Financials, Short Business Project Summary, Request for Funding.  If borrower is a Corporation, additional requirements include - Article of Incorporation and Corporate Resolution Authorizing Project Funding Request

Up Front Fees - None

Processing Fees - None

Points - 5 to10 (At time of loan proceed distributions)

Turn-Around Time - 30-60 Days from verification of deposit by Program Manager
